I. Организационный момент

What makes our village special? Why will tourists be interested in coming here rather than to a neighboring area? By the end of the lesson, you will need to answer the question: what three resources of our village are the most promising for tourism development?(Ученики предлагают варианты ответов).

III.

We start from the basics. Pay attention to the terrain of our area. How does it affect the climate? What rare plants can you find in our forest? Name the animals whose tracks you saw in winter. Nature is our main ecological shield.

The nature of the village of Sarmanovo and the Sarmanovsky district is very picturesque and diverse. There are endless fields here where wheat, barley, and other crops are grown. The Menzelya and Mella rivers flow through the district, and the Ik river basin is located nearby. The area belongs to the forest-steppe zone, so there are both open spaces and areas with trees.

We go down lower to the water. Our springs are the circulatory system of the earth. Remember the local legends associated with the appearance of these springs.

There are several well-known springs in Sarmanovo and its surroundings, valued for their clean and tasty water. The name of the «Kara-Karshy» translates as «opposite each other», which is due to its unique feature: two springs emerge from the ground, located opposite each other. The «Buzat chishmese» spring is situated in a picturesque area, making it a popular place for walks. The water from the «Oly Yar» spring is considered healing; people come here for it from different villages, and even wedding processions visit this place.

Our region fed the country with more than just bread. Copper smelting plants operated here. Copper mining gave an impetus to the development of the village. Why are the mines abandoned today?

The copper mine near Sarmanovo is one of the oldest and largest copper mines in Tatarstan. It is located on the slope of Mount Bakyr-Tau, and locals call it «Bakyr Bazy». The mine consists of a system of underground tunnels, the total length of which reaches 2 kilometers. It is believed to be over 300 years old, with copper mining taking place here since the first half of the 18th century. There are ongoing discussions in the region about developing tourism based on this mine, to introduce visitors to the history of mining and the nature of Tatarstan.

IV.

The journey is over, but the exploration of our native land continues. Remember: to love a large country, you first need to learn to see the beauty of your small homeland. Thank you for your work.
